Super interesting flavor profile. High quality chocolate with big cherry chunks. More bitter than sweet
Well-made, but cherry’s not for me
Ritual Chocolate’s Cherry Vanilla bar is clearly crafted with care, smooth texture, good snap, and high-quality chocolate. That said, I’ve realized I’m just not a fan of fruit, especially cherry, in my chocolate. The cherry flavor is pronounced and lingers, which might be great if you enjoy that combo, but for me, it distracted from the richness of the chocolate itself. Maybe I’m a naturalist? If you love tart fruit notes in your sweets, this could be a hit. For me, it’s more of a one-time try. Will give another Ritual flavor a try!
